Tracy is a fully qualified Yoga, Pilates and Pole Dance instructor and began her study of yoga over eighteen years ago attending her first yoga class before she went to university and has been practicing the Iyengar method for the past 11 years, and obtained her Introductory Level I teaching certificate in 2010. She obtained her Balanced Body Pilates Teaching Certificate in 2013 and the following year she became a qualified Pole Dance Instructor.
